I'm looking for the direct method of the power consumption for my
micromachined piezoelectric acoustic transducers. It is developed for
microspeaker and driven by 16Vo-p sinusoidal voltage without any bias. It
may consume about few tens of mW.

Actually, I'm trying to find the proper power meter and power sensor. But
most of power sensor is working at high frequency (such as, from MHz to
GHz) and not cover the audio range.
Also, I wonder what kind measuring method for power consumption is used
in headphone or just normal small electrodynamic speaker industry.

Please, inform me if anyone have experience to measure the power
consumption from micromachined device(especially for acoustic device) and
use particular power meter and power sensor.
