Hello,

I'm currently working on finite element modelling of
flip-chip.  It will be grateful if anyone could inform
me the values of Young's modulus, Poisson's ratio and
thermal expansion coefficient of NiV by varying
1,2,3,4,5 wt%of Vanadium.
