Hi MEMS colleague,

I am attempting to create a micro-clamping device. I would like to create
the device in such a way that it has a clamp component and a post component
mounting it to my polysilicon wafer. I am aware that I can construct the
post and the clamp as one piece. However, I would like to attempt to create
as two components. I am struggling on developing a way to have good adhesion
between the post and the clamping device. I will be applying a force to the
micro-mechanism.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
