I am trying to bring on-line an old Micro Automation dicing saw at the
Photonics Center at UMass Lowell. Unfortunately, there is not manual and I
understand the company to be out of business. I am looking for the
following information.
1] A copy of the manual
2] Contact information about any company which services this tool.
