Physical Design Workshop '96 Final Program

This year's program will emphasize deep-submicron and high-performance issues,

Technical Instruction Position at MIT

MIT is currently looking for a new technical instructor to be in charge of the
laboratory portion of courses in microfabrication. A B.S. degree in the area of
Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or Electrical Engineering
or its equivalent is required. Previous experience in semiconductor technology

researcher in the MEMS group at Case Western Reserve Univ., Cleveland, Ohio.
