academics or consultants who are very knowledgeable in the following subject

    Oxidation/Diffusion
    Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD)
    Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) or sputtering
    Ion Implant

Multilevel Interconnects
    Aluminum deposition
    Tungsten contacts/tungsten plugs
    Chemical mechanical polishing (CMP)
