A 3-Day, Hands-On Micromachining Course
26-28 June 96, Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, B.C., Canada.

This course will consist of one day of lecture and two days of in-lab session
in fabricating a few bulk micromachined and surface micromachined devices. The
participants will be able to electrically test the fabricated devices and take
