June SMAWG Meeting

MUMPs14 Run Information

The design deadline for the 14th ARPA-supported Multi-User MEMS Processes
(MUMPs and SmartMUMPs) run is scheduled for 15 July 96. MUMPs and SmartMUMPs is

Research Opportunies at Universities of Durham, Newcastle and Northumbria

The Universities of Durham, Newcastle and Northumbria have recently been
awarded an EPSRC contract to investigate the usefulness of Raman spectroscopy
in the strain analysis of microengineered devices. Two research-assistant
