I am currently planning experiments to test microflow gas heat-
exchangers.

I wondered if anyone could provide me with the name of a
supplier of precision volumetric flow meters?

I would also be interested if anybody knows of any micro expansion valves
currently in production. (from 1MPA to 0.5MPa or 6MPa to 3MPa) . Do such
micro valves exist?
