I'm interested to do microassembly of MEMS structure, like putting some
microparts onto a cantilever beam tip. I haven't done anything on that and
our group is planning to procure some equipment for that purpose
Please suggest way to do microassembly.
e.g. suggestion of microassembly system vendor, techniques
