I am new to MEMS development, but regular reader of MemsTalk. From last
sixteen months I am working for a company involved in developing controller
for MEMS based data storage system as Project Manager. During this period I
have developed a patentable packaging solution for MEMS devices to address
high density interconnect solution and signal conditioning board for MEMS
testing. Today my current employer is in bad situation and has decided to
reduce its operations; hence I am looking for a new job.
To continue my interest in MEMS product development I want serve for an
organization involved in MEMS based product development. I can contribute to
the organization in following ways  -- Coordinate with sub contractors,
development of MEMS test setup, work on problems associated with MEMS
testing, manage patent portfolio, prepare patent invention disclosure, brief
prior art search, project planning and tracking, mixed signal designs and
packaging solution , component selection, procurement, team management,
documentation, specifications development, product presentations, MEMS tools
selection. I cannot contribute to actual MEMS structure development
immediately because I dont have related experience or PhD, but I am very
much interested in learning.
