Does anyone know of a means of obtaining a model (either a PC based software package or someone offering a service) of the temperature distribution of a membrane heater device, taking into account gas convection and conduction losses as well as solid conduction through the chip? Also, I would like to be able to verify the results by measuring the temperature distribution on a real device. I guess this involves some form of scanning optical pyrometer or magnifying thermal imager. Does anyone know of or offer a service to do this? With thanks, Jan Kowal
