CFP: Symposium on Micro-Mechanical Systems 17-22 Nov. 96, Atlanta Hilton & Towers, Atlanta, Georgia 1996 International Mechanical Engineering Congress & Exposition This is the 7th Symposium on Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) offered by the ASME Dynamic Systems and Control Division since 1990. This year's symposium is collaborating with new MEMS-related symposiums of other divisions: Fluids Engineering Division, Heat Transfer Division, Electrical Electronic Packaging Division, and Applied Mechanics Division. A single volume proceeding for MEMS is expected. One page abstract deadline is 1 Feb. 96.
