Hi Everybody,

I am a graduate student at the mechanical engineering Dept. at university of
Alberta in Canada. My research point is about modeling and analysis of Comb
Drive actuators using Finite element analysis. I am looking for experimental
results for Comb Drive actutation by DC Voltage . I built an ANSYS model to
simulate the behavior of my Comb Drive but I need to verify the Finite element
analysis results with some experimental data to validate my model. If any one
has this type of data, this will be a great help to me.
