Try contacting Prof. Mark Law at the U. of Florida, regarding FLOOPS
(successor to Suprem-IV).  http://www.tcad.ee.ufl.edu/

Alternatively, contact one of the commercial vendors of Suprem and
similar tools (Technology Modeling Associates, Dawn, Silvaco).

It is unlikely that a version of Suprem-IV exists for MS-DOS/PC.
Suprem-III does have such, but I do not know where the source code may
be found.
