I am looking for information on sensors (Optical, Chemical, etc) that can be
used to identify and measure isopropyl alcohol levels in human blood,
saliva, breath, etc.  I have several law enforcement applications that
require miniaturized, non-invasive alcohol sensors for both DUI enforcement
and home arrest applications.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone that is working on MEMS sensors that
may fit this type of application.  I would also like to hear from anyone
that can lead me to other possible sources for sensors or technologies.

Sensors for other types of intoxicants or controlled substances are also needed.
