Useful data point.  Something is completely defeating Quixote's
"redirect to add forgotten trailing slash" code, then.  I think
request.dump() will be informative.

Because in the Quixote demo, "/q/12/" corresponds to an IntegerUI
instance, which is a *namespace* (think directory) and not a callable
(think file).  The URL for a namespace must have an empty final
component, which looks like a trailing slash.

There may be no such thing as a trailing slash, but they're still
important... ;-)
