I feel *really* stupid. I hope that because of time zone difference
not many people pay attention to this message yet...

It's all Safari's fault (the browser). It doesn't warn you when the
disk is full. So it just breaks the download of the file, what
probably creates the error message in SCGI log. After that, Safari
can't download any data anymore and only shows parts of the site from
the cache.... which creates illusion that website "doesn't work". I
started Camino after that - crash. Mozilla - it was not able to
display the site...  I cleaned Safari's cache after restarting SCGI
and Apache, so it got enough space again... wrong conclusion again :(
