Hmmm: you're also going through a squid cache, at least if the HTTP_VIA
environment variable is to be believed. Can you try again without using
a proxy server at all?

FWIW, I *used* to have problems like that uploading large files to
Quixote's current upload-handling scheme. (I have a nice speedy cable
modem, but in one direction only -- I get only 10-20 kB/s uploading with
various web browsers... which actually means I have a good setup for
testing the big-file-over-slow-link problem!) Getting cgi.py and
Quixote out of the way competely solved my problem -- I was able to
upload a 30 MB file, as long as I was patient.)

Also, do you have any other browsers to try?
