I evaporate a layer of tetra fluouro silane on my PDMS mold before i pour on my PDMS. The tetra fluor silane is not stick and should preserve your PDMS. Firstly i want to make a mask with holes in, but have only relatively small (in terms of height) structures. I have been trying SU8 with sputtered gold ontop as the original structure. However the pdms seams t orip when lifting off if it is kept thin. any solutions. Secondly can anyone tell me a good technique to ensure irreversible adhesion thanks Dr. Michael Cooke Microsystems Technology Group School Of Engineering University of Durham Durham DH1 3LE Phone: +44 (0)191 3342535 Fax: +44 (0)191 3342407 Email: m.d.cooke@physics.org Webpage Http://www.dur.ac.uk/microsystems.technology _______________________________________________ MEMS-talk@memsnet.org mailing list: to unsubscribe or change your list options, visit http://mail.mems-exchange.org/mailman/listinfo/mems-talk Hosted by the MEMS Exchange, providers of MEMS processing services.
