HI,

     If you dont have O2 Plasma or anything similar RIE equipment then best
is to keep that sample under water for few hours or days. This helped me
to a certain extent but not much.

Regarding SU8 i tried that too but could not get good results. I think
you will need O2 plasma exposure for 30-60sec to get SU8 on PDMS.
