Is anyone aware of a service that can apply a transparent conductive coating to
a plastic sheet?  This would have to be fairly low temperature process due to
the low melting point of the plastic.  The sheet resistance requirements are not
too rigorous, anything under 400 ohms/square should be fine.  Optimally, it
would need to be >99% transmissive over 400-1100nm wavelength range, but at this
point >80% is acceptable.
