Dear All,

I need some help on photoresist/polymer.

I'm now looking for a type of photoresist/polymer, whose refractive index is
<1.538 @1.55um cuz i need it to be a cladding layer of a waveguide. The
smaller the refractive index is, the better. Any suggestions, please?
