The change to Durus start up doesn't worry me quite so much, it's a
much bigger deal in terms of risk of screwing things up than changing
the web runner so having to think more about doing that doesn't
really hurt. The code duplicated is not complex, mainly just a copy
and paste, basically all I change is the call to FileStorage to our
local SQLiteStorage plus a few other bits and pieces.
