Hi,

I am using LASI to convert files.
You have to first import DXF file to LASI and convert it to TLC file.
Then you can convert it back to GDS or CIF file.

This software is free.

I know this is not a specific NEMS question, but- can anyone here recommend

(standalone, reasonably priced) software that converts Autocad DXF to either
GDS-II or CIF?

Our e-beam software does not import anything except these two formats... :(
